Have you ever stopped to think about what drives you or why you do something? Chances are you haven't thought about why you do a lot of things. They may come by out of habit or it's just something you really like.
We must FOCUS on the educators as learners. If we want them to educate and teach our children, then what better way then having them experience it first? Allowing educators to experience a blended type of learning that is flexible will allow them to understand and empathize with students. They will understand where students are starting from and the different hardships and frustrations they'll experience.
We need to focus on our educators as learners and continue to encourage them to keep learning and growing so they can share it with our students! References
