learning. I know I have fallen into that before but now that I'm aware of it, I can be more conscientious of it.
Although I believe I have been living and teaching a growth mindset, I believe that I'm understanding it more fully now and I was lacking one key component of it, reflection and process. Without teaching students how to reflect and change or grow, they are lacking the true meaning of a growth mindset.
If students can see how their discovery, trial and error, determination, hard work and grit can pay off, then they will be proud of what they've learned!
